Do I have to buy my tickets on-line?

Our on-line box office allows you to select your own seats and is the easiest, fastest, surest way to get your tickets, which you print out off your own computer. Please take advantage of this method.

If you cannot use the on-line box office, you may send your order and check via the mail. Our box office staff will assign you the best available seats and hold your tickets in Will-Call (to be picked up at the theatre on performance night). If you specifically request it, the box office can also mail your tickets to you; otherwise, they will be held in Will-Call. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

With your check, you must include the following information:

• the performance you wish to attend (be sure to specify which of the 2 performances on Aug. 9)


• the number of seats at what price (Premiere Seating 18.50, Regular $16.50, Value $14.50)


• your name, address, phone number and email* (*must be included to receive a confirmation)

Before you write your check, be sure to total your order correctly:

• Number of seats multiplied by price level:
  Premiere Seating, 18.50, Regular $16.50, Value $14.50


• Minus discounts:
  $2.00 off per ticket for seniors 65+ and for children 4-11 years of age


• Plus the box office fee:
  $1.00 per ticket (your order cannot be processed without this fee.

All of this information and a check for the correct amount is required in order to secure your tickets by mail-in.

After July 25th, the box office will not accept mail-in orders. From that date, all tickets will have to be purchased on-line or at-the-door on performance nights if available.
