What about exchanges and refunds?

If your plans have changed, and you are unable to attend the performance you’re ticketed for, you may exchange your tickets for another performance through the on-line box office by following the link designated on your printed ticket. This method will allow you to select your own seats. If you prefer, you may call the box office at 360-450-6044 and the staff will handle the exchange and select your seats for you, “best available”. There will be a $1.00 box office fee per ticket for exchanges.

We are sorry we cannot offer refunds. It you are not able to use or exchange your tickets, please consider donating your tickets for use by area missionaries and their guests. To make your ticket donation, call the box office: 360-450-6044. There is no box office fee for this type of donation.
